Form Palette

This palette allows you to put field elements into a form. There are 8 different elements:

• Radio buttons
• Check boxes
• Text fields
• Text Areas
• Selection lists (either pop up menus or scrollable lists)
• Picture fields
• Reset buttons (to set all elements back to their initial state)
• Submit buttons (to submit the form)

The palet will disappear if you move your cursor out of a form and reappear when the cursor moves back into the form.
